This Villa is what you've been looking for. It is Beach Front with Beach View from the living room and Master bedroom. Just leave the curtains open while you sleep and you'll be awakened by the Sunrise coming over the ocean and through the Palms. The Beach Cabana is just seconds from the front door as well as the Casino, which has a great breakfast buffet. See below for things to do! The beach at Palmas extends for 3½ miles along the Caribbean. Lined with palm trees and seagrape, this ribbon of golden sand begins in a crescent-shaped cove, rounds Candelero Point, and then continues north along the coast. Many of the rentable condominiums and the Four Points by Sheraton are a short walk from that first crescent, which also has a small water sports center with boogie boards and snorkeling equipment and the Bohio Beach Bar. What to Do in PR: Plan in Advance. Don't start planning your trip once you arrive, unless your goal is to relax on the beach all day (Which is Great!) Places to Go and Things to See: - Old San Juan Historical District - Vieques, Monkey Island, and Culebra - The Caverns - el Yunque National Rain Forrest - Fajardo Bioluminescent Lagoon

Do Like Action?: PR is an island waiting for adventure. From Caving and Rock Climbing to Canyoning and Repelling. There are many different companies that offer guided tours. They are safe and educational. I bit of research is suggested prior to your arrival as many of these companies require advanced reservations.

Things to do in Palmas:: - Play Golf (Two Championship Courses with Villa located on the 4th hole of the Palms Course) - Play Tennis - Ride Horses - Deep Sea Fishing Charters - Scuba and Snorkeling - Hang out at the Beach Club (You must request Passes as there are only 8 available each month) - Surfing or Boogie Boarding

Great Time! Beautiful Location

I want to thank the owners of this villa for a wonderful stay and access to the beach club while we were there with our children. The villa was perfect with the most amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. The villa has plenty of room for a large family with a TV access in the main living room as well as the master bedroom. The laundry facilities really came in handy because of the daily use of the pool and beach. The resort is meticulously maintained and everyone is friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect time.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed at this condo for five days in June, and our party consisted of a family of 6. All children were teenagers (ages 13-18). We were also travelling with another family who stayed in another unit in the complex. This unit was spacious and clean. It is much larger than it appears in pictures. Negative is that it is a little dated and could have used a fresh coat of paint. However, the spacious size and multi-level flow to unit make the negative a very small negative. Marble tile floors throughout contributes to all around spaciousnes. Full-size washer in this unit is a plus, especially if you are here with children or large party. The view was spectacular and a very quick walk to ocean. The entire Palmas del mar resort is well maintained and beautiful with diverse architectural design to the many complexes. Highly recommend renting a golf cart even if you have a car. Getting around on the golf carts was a lot of fun, especially for teens (and adults). All restaurants were decent and priced as expected in resorts. Downside with travelling in June is that it is low season and several restaurants were closed. Plus side is resort not crowded at all. I would stay here again without hestitation.
