Deluxe condo at Lincoln Station (a 4 season activities resort) with mountain views on the Pemigewasset River sleeps 4 comfortably. Top floor, studio with loft is 550 square feet, has a deck, a queen bed in the loft, a queen pullout couch in the living area, jetted bathroom tub, and A/C. The full service kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave to make all meals. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided in the condo. 2 Cable TVs with DVD/VCRs. This riverside resort is 1.5 miles off Interstate 93 and contains every amenity: indoor heated/outdoor pools, indoor jacuzzi, gas grill w/ picnic area, game rooms, Pemi River access, tennis courts, indoor ski lockers, FREE wireless Internet access and MORE!! Washers/dryers, game rooms, and locker rooms are located in the basement. Large outdoor sundeck overlooking the Pemi River and a Common Great Room with huge hearthstone fireplace. Walk to downtown shops/restaurants. Free shuttle to Loon Mtn (1 mile away)

The Lincoln area has four-season activities including skiing at Loon Mountain, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, etc. in the winter. Very close to other ski areas: Waterville Valley, Cannon Mountain, and Bretton Woods. Mountains under 50 miles away: Wildcat, Attitash, Cranmore and Black. Non-winter activities attractions include: Loon Mountain Outdoor events, Clark’s Trading Post, Whale’s Tale Water Park, Flume Gorge, Hobo Hills Adventure Golf, Hobo Railroad, Franconia Notch State Park, Lost River Reservation, White Mountain Motor Sports Park, hiking, biking, golf, kayaking, and tubing. Less than 50 miles away are the water and alpine slides at Attitash; Storyland; Heritage New Hampshire; Mount Washington Cog Railway and Auto Road; and the famous North Conway outlet shopping.

From start to finish, this was an excellent vacation. Rob was very easy to work with, yet professional and efficient in taking care of lease details, etc.
The property itself was wonderful, and exactly as advertised. We were within a short drive of all the sites we wanted to see, and had a wonderful time hiking in the mountains and enjoying the cool New England summer.
I would definitely go again.

This was a very nice condo. Everything that you needed was available. The town of Lincoln is very nice. We had no problems at all with making the arrangements. The lodge had all the amenities you could want. My wife and I were very pleased with this rental and would rent it again in a second. Mr. Monnes was very nice to work with.

After looking around for weeks to find the right place in the White, we hit the jackpot with this condo. It's just the two of us, so this was perfect. Loved that it was on the Pemi river....had a picnic lunch, very romantic! Rob was great, he made the whole process very easy. Would definitlel rent again.

We just returned from a week at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very neat and clean. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub and we had a hard time getting her out every night.

She also loved the indoor pool and made sure to swim every day.

The location was great, close to everything. Our favorites were Clarks Trading Post, Santa's Village and the Lost River.

I would definitely recommend this rental to any one traveling to Lincoln. Rob was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Wow, after emailing with Rob we decided to book our 6 day family vacation at this condo in Lincoln.  Having never been to Lincoln or the lodge before, we were not sure what to expect. All I can say is my 2 1/2 year old and 6 year old were broken hearted when we had to return home.  Fantastic accomodations, LOVED the pools, condo was very clean.  Staff at the Lodge were great - We now know where we want to go for vacation every year!  Thanks Rob!
