  • We have four bedrooms, one with a king and three with queen beds. The 3rd level king bedroom and 3rd level queen bedroom share a large Jack and Jill bath. Both of these bedrooms open onto an open deck with panoramic views of the ocean. Also on the 3rd level is a study with queen sleeper, kitchenette, private bath and private exit to the dune walkover. On the second (main) level are two bedrooms with private baths and direct access to the covered deck and ocean views. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. We have a full size crib, pack and go, high chair, baby monitor, stair gate and other important baby equipment!

Notes: Our elevator is large and goes from the ground level to the 2nd and 3rd floors. We have a great fenced back yard for a safe play space for children. The Serenata Beach Club offers 3 pools, one of which is heated in winter, many children's and adult activities, great dining room and nice work out facility. Check with the manager regarding fees.

Optional Membership to the Serenata Beach Club: Our guests have the option to obtain a temporary membership to the Serenata Beach club. This delightful, oceanfront facility is located approximately 6 miles south of Seawatch. The club has three huge pools, including a heated pool in the winter; structured activities for kids, a fine dining room, work out facility, and rentals of kayacks and other ocean toys. Check with the rental manager regarding fees and procedures to use the club facility.

We are located within a 15 minute drive of a number of public and semi public golf courses, including the following: World Golf Village with two courses; The King and the Bear, and The Squire and the Hammer St. Johns Country Club South Hampton Royal St. Augustine Ponte Vedra Beach Jacksonville Beach Golf Club Windsor Park
