This spacious, light and bright Chatham rental home has approximately 2500sq. feet of living area and every amenity that you will need for a fabulous Chatham vacation including central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, two decks with furniture, 5 TVs all with cable 1 with VCR and a DVD player, high speed Internet access, outside shower, gas grill, 2 car garage, sun room and more. The eat in kitchen has cathedral ceilings, skylights, center island with stools and an open floorplan. There is plenty of space for your vacation. Linens and towels (excluding beach towels) are included. No Pets or Smoking. There is a $250 cleaning fee.

This home is located in a lovely neighborhood only 5/10ths of a mile to Nantucket Sound. Nantucket Sound is considered a calmer beach because the currents are not as severe as the Atlantic and the waters are warmer. This is a wonderful area to bike, run or stroll. There is a local coffee and sandwich shop just a short distance away as well as the Cape Cod Rail Trail (for biking and walking or rollerblading).
