The Owner Does not Wants to Return the Deposit

The place is nice, but sadly went we arrived there was garbage in the back porch, the home was left open and the key to the home was in the lock box but the lock box open. Upon arrival contacted the owner but there was no answer. the home was not as clean as stated, but it was clean, At night the property is dark all around, but in the morning a nice view to the mountains.
Sadly the owner does not want to return my deposit eventhough I did my part and now (aftre over 50 days) she decides, after me writing so many emails to her, that she is not going to return the money.
I will not recommend to rent with her, there are other properties that will not try to take your money by lying to you and making stuff about your stay. I am glad I took pictures.
The owner does not provide any good customer service, she does not like to answer emails and when she does she types in caps like if she is yelling at you.
Owner's Response: As Owner, I am replying to the review. First of all if the truth had been told, you would know why she is not welcomed back into our cabin and why she is not receiving her deposit back.
1) Upon arrival, the reason the door was opened and unlocked, our cleaning people were inside the house finishing up with cleaning from previous renters and at no time did she try to contact me. My cleaning people contacted me about her trying to check in early.
2) Deposit was not returned due to not following our Rules and Regulations which state no more than 8 people in Unit without prior approval--she had 10
No pets allowed--she took pets
Clean dishwasher and all food out of aplliances-food left in microwave
Take off garbage--left garbage in kitchen
Flies all over house upon check-out. All bed skirts were taken off of beds and messed up and hiding in laundry room.
The house was left the worst ever since we started renting it 3 yrs ago. My cleaning people called me upon departure to inform me of how the house was left. I immediatedly contacted her by email and continued to email her explaining why she was not receiving any monies back. So, as you can see, the whole review is not the truth. We have a guest book in our cabin with excellent reviews in it, but oddly she did not write in it.
We welcome all Families into our cabins, just ask they be respected and if so, all Deposit's go back. Have never kept a Deposit until now.
