My Units Sleep 2 To 14 Comfortably And Offer Private Parking, Private Ski Lockers And A Gourmet Restaurant Located In Our Lobby (Verde). Our rates are based on demand, if you have questions or would like to make an offer, feel free to contact me. I own all of these properties (luxury homes and condos) personally and will negotiate depending on the day, month and length of stay! This home rents out all year, every year well in advance, so give yourself plenty of lead time! Holidays are in huge demand and prime rates do apply. I will discount for stays more than 3 nights! Off weekends during the winter are still in high demand for this home and rates range between 1250 and 1600 a night depending on length of stay. Once all weekends and holidays are booked and (they will be), I will offer discounts to fill in any mid week days available....so please do not hesitate to inquire..

- We have room to sleep 14 people in beds, 4 people in pull out couches and we have a crib and pack in play for infants! The great room, kitchen and lower level could easily accommodate lots of people for a gathering. The house has a large open floor plan! The house is also set up for High Speed Wireless Internet! It would be very hard to find a nicer luxury home for rent at Stratton Mountain...Our Guests have been coming back for years and we constantly are upgrading our home! The house does rent well in advance, so plan accordingly! thank you

Ski, Snow Mobile, Golf, and Tennis: Stratton Mountain is the perfect place for family and friends to get together. Over 300 million dollars were invested by Intrawest to develop this Luxury first class resort. Boston, Connecticut, New york and New Jersey are all located with in a couple of ours of this destination! Whether, you come to ski, snow mobile, play golf ,play Tennis or shop in Manchester, you are sure to Love Stratton Mountain! We own 2 luxury homes and 5 Luxury condos at The Landmark and Rising Bear...All of our properties are high end. the properties can accommodate between 2 to 20 people. We have something for everyone. I base my rents by demand! So it never hurts to ask. Our properties do rent well in advance. **High End Shopping Outlets** and Restaurants: The best part about Stratton is there is something for everyone! Near by Manchester Village hosts plenty of restaurants, antique shops and high end outlet shopping. You can find such stores as Five Seasons (The largest Lilly Pulitzer Store in The country),Ralph Laren, J Crew, Brooks Brothers, Theory, Michael koors, Orvis Flagship Store, Armani and Bose just to name a few. Stratton Mountain Village also has many shops, restaurants and even a Spa for those who need to relax after a great day of activities. We highly recommend Muligans Tavern, Mulberry Street, The partridge and Strattons finest restaurant 'Verde' located at the Landmark at Stratton Mountain. We are also a stones throw away from Mount Snow, Okemo and Killington Mountains if you feel the need to venture. Saratoga and Lake George are located just an hour a way and are great places to visit in the summer months! Rain or shine and hopefully lots of snow, there is always things to do at Stratton MNTN
Ski: We are located on Stratton (the condos) or minutes from Stratton (the homes).....We are also a short ride to Mt Snow, Bromely, Okemo and Killington......
Golf: Stratton Mountain has 3 beautiful Golf Curses along with there famous golf school. All of which is located just 1 or 2 minutes from my properties. There are also world class courses located nearby, We reccomend a day at the Equinox! The Golf course is first class, the restaurants are excellant and the Spa is top notch!
Other Activities: snowmobiling, kayaking, Outlet Shopping: Polo, Jcrew, Brooks Bros and more!!
