Four level Townhouse with 2700 sq foot of living space. Come home to the mountains!!!!! Spacious townhouse with large Stone Fireplace in the living room with a slider to the back deck where you can sit and listen to the running brook. Fully equipped kitchen to cook up a feast or to order in! Dining room table accommodates 10 with a side bar that sits four. Lower level has a pool table, TV, VCR and games that could entertain the children of all ages for hours! Has a stereo system, VCR, DVD, Surround sound for the family movie nights with freshly popped corn. Washer/Dryer included with a dishwasher.

The Town house in N. Conway

The Townhouse was very roomy - and the activities in the basement - pool table and tv was handy for the kids. The area itself outside the condo was not child friendly - all woods and not play area - this was ok - but not ideal. The kids did however did see a bear & a racoon! The townhouse itself could have had more basic supplies - such as hand soap - paper towels and some napkins. There was also an issue with some damp due to a heavy rain fall at night. Overall we had a wonderful 4 days away - the area is beautiful and lots of activities to entertain the family. With a few small improvements - I would recommend this property to other renters. Sleeping arrangements were sufficient - but layout of the property was more suited to a group of adults than to family for sleeping due to the open concept.
