The Fairway Villas are located 18 miles north of the Kona airport and approximately 30 miles north of Kailua-Kona. We have an excellent location with the Beach being an easy 5 minute walk from our villa. Hotels within walking distance include the Marriott and the Hilton where activities such as the Dolphin Quest, a sunset sail, and scuba diving can be scheduled. An extra convenience is the close proximity of the King's Shops which are home to fine restaurants, casual dining, and live daily music performances. The Kings shops also have many exclusive boutiques such as Louis Vuitton. There is also a small market for some grocery items.

We plan on using this property again. Perfect location! Entire staff very friendly & helpful, especially Michael, the maintenane man. Unit could have had cleaner carpets, maid service very good. Overall excellent. Would highly recommend this particular unit. Thanks Barry.
