Condo location is great, luxury building, great ammenities, [pool, gym, tennis court, free internet, wifi [in lobby].

Rooms are big with a great layout, condo is fully equiped [kitchen, linens, etc].

Great customer service only one phone call away, prompt answers.

I will absolutely recommend to a friend.

On September 18 thur 27 2009 me and my hursband and sister rented this property it was very very nice and clean and it made you feel like you were at your own home. The parking was right on time. The people who live there was very nices. The view was wonderful and we would love to stacy there again. We will make sure we tell all of our friends and family about this wonderful place. Thank you

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and we especially loved the beautiful pool and being on the beach. The condo was luxurious, but the furnishings and linens were sparse and fairly basic. Also, the beach view was not the same as shown and there were not window views of the ocean from the bedroom as was shown in pictures. We made the mistake of not paying in full one month prior our arrival; since the owner would only accept cash, our family had to fly into Miami after dark with a large sum of cash and meet a stranger or we would lose our rental. We have rented many places in the US and abroad and these experiences were like our usual experiences. Better communication from the owners and accurate photos would have alleviated these problems and made our experience more enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo

We were VERY happy with the accomodation. The situation is perfect right on the beach, close to restaurants and minutes from Aventura Mall. It's a spacious flat the only negative I would have is that the owners own a few in this block and we did not get the appartment with the sea views shown in the advertisment. Having said that it was very clean and suited all our requirements. The block has the use of a lovely pool with jacuzzi and tennis courts. There is also valet parking. The owners kindly allowed us to check out a little later when our flight was delayed.
