Fantastic property

We stayed here during a week's holiday in June. It was perfect for two people but could have slept more.
The studio was perfectly located on a lovely quiet street but just a block away from subway stop, grocers, newsagents, bagel shops, liquor stores etc etc.
The apartment itself was a good size with a great kitchen area, bathroom, lounge with TV/DVD, telephone etc. It was very clean and had everything we needed such as towels, linen, maps, directories. The landlord was very helpful although we didn't need to contact her at all during our stay, she left a brilliant welcome pack with lots of info about the city. We didn't explore the local area too much as we usually hopped on the subway and headed downtown, but there was no shortage of things to do/places to eat etc. Riverside Park is at the bottom of the block and offers some great quiet time. Central Park is also in walking distance. We are hoping to go and stay again next year as it worked out so well for us.
