Secluded Lakeview house just one block to Boulder Lodge on Nevada side of Heavenly Ski Resort. Private road leads to this 4000 square foot house beautifully appointed with all potential amenities. Five bedroom house with 3 baths sleeps up to 16 guests. Lake Tahoe Casinos along with the lake and beach are just 10 minutes away. Relax on one of the wrap around decks and view the lake while using the Hot Tub or BBQ. Entertain in the game room with the wet bar, pool table and satellite TV. The huge kitchen has all cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The large dining room will accommodate all your guests. The living room has a large river rock fireplace with big screen TV and great lake and mountain views. This is the perfect house for large families or a group of friends. The private road is plowed during winter and there is parking for one car in the garage, two in driveway and two more off street parking. 4 Wheel drive recommended for the private road.
