All major credit cards are accepted. Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date are fully refundable less a $50.00 service fee. If you should cancel your reservation less than 30 days of your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 service fee if, and only if, the property you reserved is rebooked for the same dates.
Fees And Taxes There is a $150.00 cleaning fee as well as a 6% state hotel tax and 6% service fee that will be added to rent total.The rate is based on 10 guests, there is a $25.00 additional guest fee that will be assessed per guest, per night with a 12 guest maximum.

Small dogs will be allowed only with permission. In that event, a charge of $25 per dog per night will be assessed to your rental.
3 night minimum & peak rate applies to major holidays and spring break.

A deposit equal to one night lodging is required at time of reservation. Your balance due will be charged 14 days before arrival.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
