This luxury Disney-themed villa has 3100sq.ft of accomodation over 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms, all with cable tv . It has 4 bathrooms. and will accomodate 12 people, plus we provide a cot. There is a magnificent open plan lounge, superb Disney-themed twin bedrooms and a large second lounge with x-box and a p.c. with free wi-fi internet access, plus a recently added games room in the garage. The large private pool and spa sit on an extensive s/w facing pool deck which has sun all day and is not overlooked. It is situated in Windsor Palms; a secure and gated vacation resort with great resort facilities, including a business center, a gym, a resort pool, cinema, games-room, shop and tennis courts. It offers easy access to the world’s greatest theme parks and attractions, shopping and restaurants. Disney World is just five minutes away, whilst Universal Studios and International Drive attractions are fifteen minutes away. Twenty minutes from Orlando Airport.

This beautiful home is situated in a quiet section of Windsor Palms; a vacation community in Kissimmee, Orlando, and the rear of the property is adjacent to a conservation area for total privacy. It offers easy accessibility to the world’s greatest theme parks and attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Interstate 4, which will carry visitors to downtown Orlando or to the West Coast resorts of Florida. Disney World is just three miles away, whilst Universal Studios and International Drive attractions are fifteen minutes away. Adjacent to Windsor Palms is the Mystic Dunes Championship golf course. The Orlando International Airport is only a twenty-five minute drive from our guarded, gated entrance.

Notes: This stunning villa has 3100sq. feet of lluxury accommodation over two floors. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with cable T.V. in every bedroom, accommodating 12 people plus a cot. The top of range kitchen has upgraded appliances and all the essentials for a self-catering vacation. All bed linens and towels are provided, as are laundry facilities. The stunning, over-size pool-deck contains a 30’x15’ illuminated pool with a waterfall feature, and a 7’ hot spa.There is a collection of luxury poolside furniture, and a large barbecue. The five bedrooms include two en-suite masters, King and Queen size, and three twins, all of which are Disney-themed . The family room has a 36’’ cable T.V., a D.V.D. player and a hi-fi system. The master bedrooms are also beautifully furnished and have ample storage. The second lounge has x-box and wi-fi pc with free internet plus lots of games and toys. The large attached double garage has been converted to a games room

Great home!

We stayed at this great home in early June, 2009. We were sad to leave when our week was over. The home is even better and more spacious than the pictures can show. It was very clean and well maintained. This is the first time our family had rented a home and it won't be the last! We enjoyed the large pool and hot tub, the game room- especially the air hockey table that lit up when you scored. There were plenty of bath towels and well stocked kitchen with high quality blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and stove. The house was very kid friendly- pool safety gate, t.v. with dvd player in each bedroom, pool toys, themed bedrooms (just like the pictures) and game room. The two grandparents also enjoyed sharing the house with us and enjoyed the enormous master bedroom and bath. The location was also great- very close to Animal Kingdom. Driving was easy (5 to 10 minutes, depending on which park you were visiting) and we were never caught in traffic back-ups. There are many restaurants close by and we got take out and ate it at the house a couple of nights for dinner after a long day at Disney World. We would like to visit again sometime!
Owner's Response: We have had many great comments, particularly about our new games room. We leave as many toys as possible both for the pool and to keep the little ones quiet indoors.
The privacy of the sun-drenched pool deck is a real bonus for guests.

great inexpensive family orlando house

This house was lovely,close to parks and very peaceful except for lawn mowing early in the morning.Any problem was taken care of quickly The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful after a day or 1/2 day at the parks. The heater for the pool was well worth it- the kids could be in it at any time
Owner's Response: The new games-room is being well received by our guests, who also appreciate the privacy of our large pool-deck which is not overlooked.

Perfect in every way

My family and our friends, 8 of us in total, stayed in this stunning villa in November, our third and best ever visit to Orlando.
Everything was so well thought out for a family vacation home, and the villa is beautifully furnished and appointed. It was spotlessly clean on arrival with loads of new bedding and towels, and the property management were so helpful during our stay.
The pool and deck are fantastically private, sunny all day, and we could not drag ourselves away, barbecueing every other night and even watching t.v. on the pool deck!.
Theme parks are 5 minutes away, as promised, and shops and restaurants just 2 minutes away.
My husband loved the computer to book tickets, restaurants and keep up with the sport. The children pushed him out to play on the X-Box.
Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, we will be back next year !

This is the best of the many villas we have stayed-in over the last 9 years due to location and facilities.

The villa is well appointed and spacious and the over-sized pool, deck and hot tub are stunning and not overlooked at the rear, giving total peace. The internet connection is really useful.

Windsor Palms is a gated community, giving a sense of security and is well located for Disney.

The the club house and heated pool were enjoyed by all the family but we did not find time to enjoy the on-site cinema.

A really pleasurable experience and we will, undoubtedly, return.

Great place to stay

We spent 17 great days in this villa during December 2008.
We've stayed at Windsor Palms several times - the resort is very nice and is very convenient for Disney. This is the best property we've stayed in. Unoverlooked at the rear, plent for the kids to do, with the heating on the pool's like a bath. The conversion of the garage into a games room will be the icing on the cake.
