LUXURY DISNEY-THEMED 5 BED VILLA WITH PRIVATE S/W FACING POOL 5 MINS FROM DISNEY

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home in Orlando. When we arrived we were so pleased with the layout of the home and how bright and inviting it is. Each room is decorated so nicely. We found the home to be in excellent condition, meticulously clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was great to have items such as blow dryers and strollers for our use. The heated pool and spa were a great way to spend the day relaxing after a few long days at the Disney parks. Our kids enjoyed having a TV in each of the rooms so that they could spread out at night and watch their own shows. The proximity of the community club house is great. We were able to walk with the kids to play tennis and enjoy the play ground. The owners of the home were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a positive experience. We even received a phone call from owners the morning after our arrival to make sure we were pleased with the home. We highly recommend this home to any families considering a trip to Orlando, FL. We considered staying at one of the Disney resorts prior to renting this home. We are so happy we chose this lovely home for a truly memorable vacation!

From the moment we arrived after a long flight we all felt at home. It was amazing to wake up on the first morning to see about 7 hot air balloons fly over the roof - amazing. The pool is great and overlooks the conservation area so really private with sun all day. Only downside was having to come home.

The villa has everything you need and more and is perfectly located minutes away from shops, restaurants and no more than 10 minutes to the Disney Parks. Highly recommended.

This was the second time we have stayed at this wonderful villa (first stay was for a week at the end of October, 2009).

The home is well appointed with all of the necessary amenities...and then some. The home is clean, open and bright and can easily accommodate 8-10 people, though our party was just 4.

We spent the majority of our time in the pool and spa (recommend paying the extra for the heat unless you're staying in the Summer months) and under the covered lanai at night watching the outdoor TV, playing cards and enjoying one another's company.

If you're a golfer, I highly recommend any of the following courses that are within 30 minutes drive: Mystic Dunes, Celebration, Falcon's Fire, Southern Dunes (Haines City), or the Disney Courses (Palm & Magnolia). Great discount tee time deals can be found on GolfNow.com.

Also, the ladies loved the shopping at Orlando's Premium Outlets about 15 minutes drive away and at Downtown Disney.

I highly recommend visiting Total Wine on the way from Orlando airport for beer, wine, spirits and cigars - it's a GREAT store!

As far as restaurants nearby, I would recommend the Ale House, the diner at Celebration, and ESPN Club (at Disney's Boardwalk) for pub fare. If you feel like eating in, there is plenty of cookware in the home to make almost any dish, or give Papa John's a call. They are consistently right around 30 minutes to deliver pizzas and you don't have to go and meet them at the security gates - they'll deliver right to your door.

The only complaint we have is that the week goes by way too fast!
