This 3 bedroom beach house in Vero is 2600 s.f., nicely furnished and just steps within our beautiful gated community to Vero’s gorgeous 20 mile long ocean beach. LONG TERM RENTAL (1 YEAR+) CONSIDERED AT $1500/MONTH +utilities. The family room, kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom all have large sliding glass doors that open onto the screen-enclosed pool and spa area. The master bedroom has his and hers walk-in closets, all bedrooms have large wall to wall closets. Has a large, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, and two car garage. The house is three miles south of the 17th Street Bridge. Local cultural events at the Center for the Arts and the Riverside Theater, athletic facilities (outdoor tennis, basketball, golf, etc.), LA Dodgers’ spring training site, shopping and more are minutes away by car. Amenities include telephone, 2 cable TVs with DVD/VHS players, WIFI/Internet, stereo, patio furniture, washer, dryer, beach umbrellas, chairs.
