Loft has full/queen sized futon. Ground level bedroom has closet, queen bed. Ground level living room, is 500 square feet, private entrance to full bathroom, from bedroom or living room. Living room has pullout couch to sleep 2 people also.

Slate floors with wood inlay in kitchen, Marble travertine bathroom walls and floors, Walnut and hickory hardwood floors. Cedar siding outside. Highest quality materials used in and out. Pella windows, Copper Farmhouse sink, Granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances. Hot Tub, Steam/Sauna. Everything in this house is unique, custom, and brand new.
