Location, location, location! Totally renovated 2000 sq foot home in historic Hollywood Lakes district. Every detail updated, every surface brand new! Huge kitchen with mahogany cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - a perfect house to enjoy with family and friends. This home has it all! Hang out back for a BBQ or relax in front of the 46 inch flat screen TV. Take a stroll to downtown Hollywood where you will find great shopping, entertainment, fine dining and coffee shops. The beach is just 1.5 miles away where you can rent bikes and ride along the 3 mile boardwalk. Enjoy lunch or dinner just steps from the beach!!! Tennis courts and basketball courts are just 2 blocks away. Many golf courses in the area. A 20 minute drive takes you to South Beach, 20 min to Las Olas & downtown Ft. Lauderdale.,15 min to Hollywood/ Ft. Lauderdale airport. It doesn't get any better than this !!!!

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Hollywood, Florida
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday's are additional, please call for rates. Weekend stays also available.

All bookings require $500 damage/reservation deposit, balance will be refunded within 14 days if no damage has occurred. A non-refundable $125 cleaning fee will be added to the rental rate. Monthly bookings require 25% deposit as well as the $500 damage deposit due at booking. All balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates subject to change.
Rate is for up to 6 people, additional charge of $200 for groups of 8 (per week). Maximum 8 people. - Last minute specials are available - please call for discounted rates!
