The award-winning restoration of this historic 1850s-era sea captain’s cottage was featured in the Spring 2005 issue of Home Remodeling Cape Cod and the Islands. Best of all, the charming updated cottage is just one block off Main Street and 3 blocks from the Chatham Lighthouse Beach. It features a family room with wood-burning fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful patio and lawn for outdoor enjoyment. Cable TV with DVD/VCR and high-speed Internet access. Two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths downstairs. Two bedrooms, 1 full bath and playroom upstairs. Available year around. Weekend rentals available off-season.

The award-winning restoration was featured in the Spring 2005 issue of Home Remodeling Cape Cod and the Islands. Our beautiful Greek Revival cottage will provide your family with a wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying the Cape year around.

The Best Location: Although it is both charming and comfortable, the cottage’s location may be its best feature. It is located one block off Main Street, and just 3 short blocks from the Chatham Light and Lighthouse Beach in the heart of the Old Village. When you are our guests, you can park your car and walk nearly everywhere!

Comfortable Accommodations: The Snow House accommodates up to 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. A family room with wood-burning fireplace and bay window beckons guests to relax and curl up with a good book or watch the cable TV with DVD. High-speed Internet access is also provided. Outdoors there is an inviting patio with gas grill and an expansive yard.

This is a beautiful restoration of a house in a charming town and an excellent location for both beach and town which are within a few minutes walk. We loved the feel of the house and it was very well equipped and furnished. It was very clean and the patio a beautiful spot to sit and have breakfast and relax. The gardens were lovely too.
