Our calender is up to date. Available or Unknown means the property is Available. We offer the entire month of April at a 35% discount to our normal rates if you mention seeing it on HomeAway. We are currently offering 'late booking discounts'. If you book within 2 weeks of your arrival we will give you 20% off our nightly rate. If you book within 1 week of your arrival we will give you 30% off our nightly rate. Mention on which web site you saw the offer to qualify. You will love our luxurious, clean, quiet and private studio with custom, hand milled, hardwood hickory floors and walnut cabinets. A king size bed with down pillows, comforter and 600 count linens allow for restful sleeping. Full modern industrial kitchen with washer/dryer. High speed broadband wired and wireless connections. Cable TV w/ DVD player. Three blocks from the Animus River Trail and bike path to downtown. Private entrance and mountain views. Radiant in floor heating for winter.

This lovely studio is located within the Durango City limits in the Northern part of town near the corner of 30th Street and 6th Avenue. The local downtown main street area is a 15 minute walk along the beautiful Animus River bike trail. The Durango Recreation center is a 10 minute walk across a beautiful suspended walking bridge.

from the warm hickory floors to the comfortable king bed, we loved this gem in Durango! the area is quiet and inviting, just a few minutes away from downtown and easily accessible. Our host was very friendly and we can't wait to book with them again! Thanks so much!

The location was excellent in that we could walk to the Animus River Trail very easily and we could then walk down town. The property was as advertised. It was clean, well-maintained and spacious for a studio apartment. We liked having a full-sized refrigerator and stove. We also liked the policy of leaving behind and thus sharing with the incoming vacationers our uneaten staples. We enjoyed going to the Saturday morning farmers market. I would recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful site for an extended Durango vacation:
-Convenient to the Animas River trail (approx. 3 blocks to trail)
-Convenient to free trolley downtown & back
-Comfortable and well-appointed property
-Excellent bed
-Small, but daily outdoor activities made the property a cozy, quiet, and welcome refuge
Excellent variety of good restaurants throughout the city

We had a wonderful experience in this Durango cottage. It was extremely clean and cozy. The location was very convenient. The decor was beautifully done. We would highly recommend this cottage for your next stay in Durango. Great customer service as well!
