It was our first time using VRBO and were extremely pleased. Daniel and Heather were wonderful to deal with; prompt, courteous, honest, accommodating, and professional. The studio cottage was just as advertised and was in excellent condition. We loved the location, as it was in a residential neighborhood, close to the river walk and convenient to the trolley connection. Being new to VRBO, they were great at walking me through the process and answering questions. When we return to Durango, we'll stay at their location in a heartbeat...absolutely no reservations! We especially enjoyed our day drift boat fly fishing with the staff at San Juan Anglers and also the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gage Railroad excursion.
