This beautiful Florida stilt home, with elevated views, awaits you for your ideal vacation on undiscovered Pine Island. The lakeside house is the pride and joy of it's English owners and is their own vacation home. It has been completely refurbished to a high standard with top quality furnishings with the accent on luxury and an attention to detail. We have a beautiful pool and sun deck with uninterrupted views of the lake. You will wake up to stunning views of the lake and golf course, with the ocean only a short walk away. The tropical golf course of Alden pines is available to you, if boating is more for you then you are within minutes of 2 marinas where you can catch a boat to the surrounding islands' unspoiled beaches, or you may want to get back to nature and take a bike ride on the quiet roads or maybe go fishing in the ocean or the lake right in front on the house. Pine Island is a well kept secret as it does not have the traffic jams and mass tourism of it's more famous neighbor Sanibel. The island is a mass producer of mango and palm trees so you can imagine it's beauty. If you are looking for a laid back vacation in the real Florida then Pine Island is for you. With only a 10 minute drive to Cape Coral and a further 15 minutes to Fort Myers you are never far away from the shops and restaurants, although Pine Island boasts some excellent restaurants of its own. Pine Island can best be described as tranquil and natural. The house is right on the beautiful Alden Pines tropical golf course, the golf club also has tennis courts available.

  • Special rates for seasonal rentals. We have special offers available for off season or late bookings
  • $500 refundable deposit required, refunded 14 days after departure.

  • Our Spring Special is for bookings from 1st May to 16th July for 2 weeks or more.

What a wonderful property - extremely well appointed, beautifully furnished and clean, and ideally located for access to the mainland and other scenic islands. Very good choice of restaurants nearby and it was easy to organise boat trips from the local marina. Lots to do in the vicinity and further afield. Everything you could wish for from a holiday rental and more! We will definitely be returning.

We visit Pine Island often. We love it so much that we got married here. We rented this home to stay for our honeymoon. It is beautiful!! The pictures don't do it justice. Much nicer than I imagined and the views are wonderful! Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Property was very clean, and well-maintained. The owner was very kind and easy to contact. We love the area and will stay here again!! Thank you so much!

Spring Break 2009

Our family of six had a great time in this spacious house. We all loved the pool and the location was quiet and relaxing. The sunsets and the dolphins at the North end of the island were enjoyed. Close enough that we made a couple trips to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva. House was very clean, maintained and had everything we needed. If something is needed there is a convenience store close by. Rental was easy to process and deposit returned promptly by owner.

Relaxing, Refreshing and a wonderful experience

We visited for a short month and loved every day of the beautiful setting and wonderful home. Bald Eagles nesting, Gators visiting by the waterside. Your home provided us with every amenity possible. Quiet, relaxing and a chance to forget the busy ,hectic pace of the mainland. Restaurants were great too.
