Beautifully appointed 3BR, 3BA condo with true ski in ski out location! Complex has a clubhouse with an indoor pool & two hot tubs. Everything you want for your next mountain vacation! When you walk into the Condo you are greeted by a sense of spaciousness created by the vaulted ceilings and 1800 sq ft. of living space. The fireplace provides an instant sense of warmth. The tastefully appointed rooms complete the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat. Our Condo was recently remodeled and has updated carpets, modern appliances, quality cabinets and new furniture. Accommodations include a gourmet kitchen ready for preparing dinner or you can head to downtown Breckenridge and one of its amazing restaurants. In the summer, its a pleasant walk into town. The Condo is situated on the top floor of the Tyra Summit Complex which provides peace and quiet. The nearby elevator makes it easy to get to. From the deck you can watch the skiers whisk by on the 4 O'clock ski run.

True ski in ski out location located right on the 4 O'clock Ski Run. Step off the elevator and ski down to the Snow Flake lift. We are about 4 blocks directly above town which makes for a pleasant walk in the summer time. Breckenridge is located about 10 miles south of I-70 on Hwy 9. Its very easy to get to from Denver, Colorado Springs or Eagle airports. Transport from the airport is by shuttle or rental car. Breckenridge is family friendly town with lots of options for shopping, dining and activities. Winter Activities: Skiing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing (Nordic center is within walking distance from our condo), sleigh rides, sledding, snow shoeing, winter camping, ice fishing, ice skating. Summer Activities: hiking, golfing, mountain biking, cycling, fishing, boating, kayaking, white water river rafting, horseback riding, backpacking, camping, caving

The Dotson's Tyra Summit Condo was absolutely fabulous. Beautiful mountain decor, comfortable furnishings, luxurious bedding, spacious floorplan and perfect ski-in, ski-out location. No lift lines at Snowflake lift. We also appreciated the humidifiers in every bedroom, well supplied kitchen, high speed internet, and garage parking. Perfect for our three family gathering. Even the sofa bed is comfortable.

We had a fabulous time in Breckenridge. Your condo was beautiful and comfortable (we enjoyed watching the foxes in the late afternoon). The weather was sunny and warm despite a depressing forecast from Yahoo. The air and the mountains were breathtaking--it even snowed one night on all the peaks. Food at the Hearthstone was absolutely delicious...we also enjoyed the Columbine Cafe, Fatty's, and Bubba Gump as well as the Sunshine Cafe and the Arapahoe in Dillon and the Kickapoo in Keystone (a must visit). The ballet, Country Boy Mine tour, ski lift, super slide, museums, golfing, touring Summitt County on the bus and paddle boating on Lake Dillon helped keep us very busy. Our vacation was wonderful...thank you so very much. We are looking forward to next year!
