Great Place for a Quiet, Relaxing Vacation

My family and I have stayed at Casa del Sol a few times. We return because of the relaxing atmosphere, the fabulously decorated condo (there are handpainted murals ALL over the condo), and the affordability of it. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove and oven, so we can cook our own meals. We have 2 small kids, so it makes it easy to feed all of us. The pool is great, and the grounds maintained well. The beach was a 3-4 minute walk. Although there is no air conditioning, the cross-breeze created by the large windows and doors, plus ceiling fans, keep the unit cool. The futon and chair in the living room make this a very comfortable condo. We had everything we need, and take a taxi to Puerto Morelos to buy food and go to restaurants or shopping. We have rented a car also, and the condo is in a prime location to make travel to many attractions easy. The owner provided us with all the information we would need before arrival, and was very pleasant. We love it at Casa del Sol and will return again.
