This charming, cozy, and immaculate cottage is located in a quiet section of the 43 acre, gated Beach Dreams resort. It sleeps five and has one bathroom and two bedrooms... one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over double bunk bed. There also is a three season enclosed sun porch ... windows open to enjoy the gentle breezes or closed to protect from rain or cooler weather. Selkie 167 has quality furnishings and an attractive decor ... your comfort and enjoyment are very important to us. Visit us in May or early June ... a lovely time of year with no crowds, but still many fun things to do ... and what a deal!

Come join the fun! Beach Dreams has three pools ... plus a jacuzzi and kiddie pool. The club house features a well-equipped exercise room, book swap or borrow, a video game room, as well as pool and ping pong tables. Bocce, a basketball hoop, and tennis court are also on site. Miles of beautiful beaches are nearby (we are closest to Moody and Crescent beaches) ... the Wells trolley stops at the entrance gate. A detailed activity book with brochures, restaurant recommendations, and beach information is a definite favorite of our renters.

Our children claim this was the best vacation ever. Both Beach Dreams
and the cottage are family friendly and provide great activities. We
visited a different beach each day, but were always happy to return to
Selkie 167 and its cheerful decor. The cottage has games, DVD's and
(local color) books for both adults and children. Kitchen is fully
equipped, beds are very comfortable, and the cottage is very, very
clean.

A very special place!

The owners couldn't be more thoughtful - there are special little touches and surprises everywhere - what you see is what you get - ultra clean, ultra comfortable, ultra charming. Thanks to the detailed activity guide, we discovered wonderful new adventures - Forts McClary and Foster, Lord's Restaurant, Fisherman's Walk, Museums of Old Yorke, the Back Loop walk and Museum of Art in Portland. We also would never had known we could have our lobsters cooked by the local fish markets to bring back to the cottage to eat. How easy is that? We just booked again for May 2009.

A wonderful escape in spring and autumn! The cottage is immaculate and absolutely charming - truly 'a home away from home'. The owners provide great suggestions for things to do. We spent full days in both Portland and Portsmouth, walked beautiful beaches and hiking trails, ate at terrific restaurants, and shopped in fun boutiques. We definitely plan to return.

All the comforts of home!

This cottage was so very comfortable and well-decorated. There is much to do at Beach Dreams, and certainly an abundance of activities to do in the area. The owner provides a wonderful activity guide and recommends places to go and things to do. Of course, the nearby beaches are spectacular. Our favorite restaurants are Lords and Wells Steak House. We love the salt water taffy from Goldenrod in York. The Scoop Deck is just a block away...scrumptious ice cream!! We shopped in Freeport and at the Kittery Outlets. We highly recommend Selkie 167 and Wells, Maine.

Listing accurately depicts the lovely and comfortable cottage where everything is new and immaculate. Brochures/activity guide provided were most helpful in introducing the area, its many beaches, and the amenities at Beach Dreams.
