Casa Las Flores is a private luxury oceanfront villa located just a few minutes by boat to some of Cozumel's most spectacular and world-renowned reefs. Located about 8.5 miles from the main square downtown makes it only about 12-15 minutes away by car or taxi. Here at your ocean side retreat you can relax in privacy (there is currently only one neighboring home), enjoy the breathtaking views of the water and Caribbean sunsets, and you'll find this spacious and tasteful luxury villa a joy! The entire villa is elegantly furnished with marble floors, imported wood, leather and rattan furniture, and custom made mahogany cabinets and tables. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and there is also a guest apartment with an additional bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room; the units are rented together as one 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom property.

Notes: Some of the amenities included at this villa are central air conditioning in the main villa (window units in the guest apartment), private fresh water swimming pool, poolside lounge chairs, covered poolside terrace, secure dive & snorkel equipment rinse & storage area, pressurized water system, reading & video library, all 3 bedrooms in the main villa have terraces overlooking the pool & ocean, washer/dryer (guests may use in the evenings), and more! The shoreline here is rocky so bring dive booties or an old pair of sneakers or sandals for getting into the water. Once in the water the bottom is sandy but the steps down to the ocean are rocky. Not recommended for small children or anyone with difficulty walking up/down steps.
