A 2000 sq ft house that is light and bright. Lower level has 1 queen bedroom, pool table in rec room, with 25 inch TV with sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath and full laundry room. The 2nd floor has living /dining combo with 27 Inch TV, DVD,VCR. Wood burning fireplace(wood provided). Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge. 2 bedrooms (1queen, 1 queen bed)and sleeper sofa. Full bath. 16 x 25 deck with gas grill(gas provided). The 3rd floor has 1 queen bedroom and full bath. House is located 1 1/2 blocks from outdoor heated pool and 2 tennis courts. 3/4 mile to nearest beach on larger of 2 lakes. 20 minutes to Jack Frost/ Big Boulder. 35 min to Camelback. 45 min to Montage ski area

Arrowhead has security patrols 24 hours a day. *Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Amenity Badges: $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week. These fees are not negotiable and paid directly to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. If you are under 30, I require 2 references from previous places you have rented.

This is a well taken care of property! The owners make you feel at home. If you are looking for a nice large place to stay, this is the one you are looking for. We had a great week at thier home, and I think you will to. The home has everything you will need. Thanks Dave for offering your property as a place to stay!
