Photos and Description of the Tarpon Springs vacation condo rental - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

55+ community on Tarpon Springs Golf Course and across from Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital. Condo has just been renovated including new carpeting and tile and completely painted. New dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. have also been added. Condo has washer and dryer. Nice screened lanai looks out onto the golf course. Swimming pool is just a few steps away and we have an exercise room at the club house. Tarpon Springs is an old Greek community with lots of shopping and the famous Sponge Docks where you can dine in the best of Greek Restaurants. Condo is right off of alternate 19 and very close to US 19 for everything you could want. Tarpon's beach is about 10 minutes away.

Renovated: Condo has just been renovated and is exceptionally clean and is located on Tarpon Springs Golf Course, (the golf course is public) easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, airport and beaches. We have a pool just steps away and an exercise area in the club house. The golf course is outside the lanai and a short drive will take you to the beach.

Rent with option to buy: Will consider a rent to buy option. Call to discuss.

Golf: Tarpon Springs Golf Course is about 100 steps out the back of the condo. It is a beautiful public golf course and those who have rented our condo unit and utilized the course have great reviews. Please view the pictures and you will get some idea of the closeness from the condo to the course. You may look up Tarpon Springs Public Golf Course on-line to get further information.
