Regency Towers is a family oriented resort located along the beautiful Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach. The building underwent a $2.8 million renovation in 2008, which has resulted in an updated, absolutely beautiful facility. The resort provides direct access to uncrowded beaches and wonderful amenities, and features a large oceanfront pool which is covered and heated during the winter for your enjoyment. The resort also features 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a sauna, and an exercise room for your enjoyment. In addition to spacious accommodations, fabulous amenities, and breathtaking views, Regency Towers is conveniently located within 2 miles of the Myrtle Beach Airport, within 5 miles of downtown Myrtle Beach and the old Myrtle Beach Pavilion, and offers easy access to over 100 championship golf courses.

At Regency Towers, you will always find a warm welcoming staff, ready to assist you at all times. Our condominium is located on the southern end of Ocean Boulevard which provides the opportunity for relaxation and privacy, which is a little more difficult to obtain downtown, yet is only a short drive away from fine dining, excellent shopping venues, and the full variety of activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer. There is assigned parking for the condominium directly in front of the entrance to the resort.

Inside this spacious condominium, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, and a large living area. The condominium offers a master bedroom and guest bedroom and oceanfront views from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom features a full-length bay window overlooking the ocean, and the ocean view from the master bedroom is spectacular. The curtains in the master bedroom, when drawn, will keep out the sunlight completely in the morning to ensure an uninterrupted sleep. The TVs in both the living room and master bedroom have been upgraded in October 2011, and the living room now features a 40" flat-screen TV while the master bedroom features a 32" flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom features a TV and DVD player for the children or additional guests. Our condo also features a spacious direct oceanfront balcony, where you can see the coastline for miles. The condominium is located on the 18th floor, and the views are fabulous, especially at sunrise and sunset. The master bedroom has a king bed,and the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed. The living room also contains a queen pull-out sofa, which allows the condominium to accommodate up to 7 guests. A washer/dryer is included inside the condominium for your convenience.

My family has been going to Myrtle Beach for years. This is a very spacious condo with a very spacious balcony and has everything you need. It is an older condo but well kept. The view was wonderful!! We watched the dolphins every morning from the balcony or from the master bedroom that has windows from ceiling to floor on the outside wall overlooking the ocean. I will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for the price. It's an older building - dated, but very clean and very roomy, which was great for our family of 4 (with two teenagers). Plenty of room in the kitchen, living room, and even a really nice, large closet in Master bedroom. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. The only feedback I would give is to update the bed linens in the master bedroom (comforters, pillows) and update the tile in the baths. Just looks really old and outdated and that could help make it look nicer and feel even cleaner.

This was my family's second straight year staying at this Condo while at Myrtle Beach...from the18th floor, Condo has the BEST view available, area is quite, unit is very clean, comfortable & affordable. Owner is very easy to contact & quick to answer any questions you may have...can't wait until next year!

This is an awesome condo with amazing views! It is very close to many activities so you never run out of things to do. Spent most of our days relaxing right down by the water and the breeze was absolutely perfect. 18th floor view of the ocean is beautiful! It is family oriented although the pool and jacuzzi's are never too crowded. Very close to shopping, entertainment and cinema. Definitely wish to return & recommending it to all of my friends.
