Lovely place to stay in Dupont Circle area

My boyfriend & I came to DC for Inauguration Weekend and stayed in this lovely and comfortable VRBO. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and bottle of wine in the fridge. The place is quiet and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. It was sometimes difficult to get up in the morning! Also, it is in a great location. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also, there are two Metro stations within a fifteen minute walk. Chris was very helpful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations, but was also hands-off and not intrusive so we felt like it was our place during our stay. We enjoyed the little back outdoors area where there is a table and chairs. Granted, probably would have enjoyed it more in May than January! All in all we were very happy and comfortable here. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

loved the apt.it was everything advertised and more! Chris answered all our questions and we love the chilled wine awaiting us after the long plane trip!would absolutely return to stay in this property,it felt like home .......Walked easily to me metro,neighborhood was amazing and friendly.

Perfect Month in DC

Don't hesitate to stay in this apartment! After much research I ended up here and could not have been happier. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and somewhere I really wanted to come home to after a day at work. The owners have a real eye for design and have created a rental apartment far above the norm (flowers on arrival was a nice homely touch)- in many ways the best compliment I can give it is that it does not look like a holiday rental. The owners give you complete space during your stay but are always available for any questions or tips. The local area is, in my opinion, the only place to stay in DC - downtown is easily accessible, but within a 10 min walk you have every imaginable shop and cuisine within your reach. I miss this place enormously having now returned to the UK and will definitely return if I get a chance next year.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Stylish with all of the amenities needed for a 5 night stay. It felt like home from the very start and the owner was most helpful and welcoming. It is clean, modern and in a great location. Walking distance to the subway in a safe and inviting neighbourhood make it suitable to get to all of our sightseeing choices. It was also easy to get groceries or go out for a meal at one of many great restaurant choices.

This is a very good choice for short stays. Nicely decorated, well-maintained and pleasant. Easy parking. A short walk to Dupont Circle. Also very private and quite.
