Note:
An arrival hamper will be provided, if required. Our representative, Alison will meet you, if required, on the day after arrival to provide useful information about your stay and answer any questions. Irfan, the gardener and pool attendant, will visit the villa daily. Air-conditioned/heated throughout the entire villa.
All windows have mosquito nets. Smoking permitted on outdoor terrace/balconies only. Guests should take particular care when wet as the terrazzo terrace and the ceramic tiles in the villas could be dangerous when wet. Bath towels should not be used for the pool. Strictly no walking or climbing along the infinity edge of the pool. No inflatables to be used in the pool. Not suitable for chidren under 6 years old.

Shopping: Turkish carpets, "Designer Labels". Leather goods, shoes, jewellery, clothes, Iznik ceramics, spices and Turkish delights. Local Attractions: Kas friday market - Visit to the Greek Island of Meis - Kas Amphitheatre (Concerts still take place there).
Restaurants: The restaurants offer a wide variety of Turkish specialities, fresh fish, steaks, grilled meat, pasta and pizzas. Kas makes a superb base for exploring the extraordinary wealth of historical sites that lie scattered around the ancient kingdom of Lycia. The whole of this area is rich in archaeological history. Ruins from the Lycian, Roman and Ottoman period are evident all around and many are still being uncovered and restored.
From Kas heading West: Patara - Letoon - Xanthos - Tlos - Pinara - Sidyma - Kaya - Fethiye - Dalyan. Heading east: Kekova - Myra - Finike - Olympos – Khimaira. A day trip to see the sunken city of Kekova is a must where the site of a dramatic earthquake many centuries ago left the city torn apart and is now only partially visible. Across the bay is Kale, reachable only by boat, where a picture book crusader castle dominates the tiny fishing village.

All the above prices are based on a party of 4 guests, each further guest is charged an additional £50 per week. Booking confirmed with 25% deposit. Full payment required 6 weeks before departure. A £200 pound returnable damages deposit is required. Late bookings considered.
