BEACHHOUSE:OCEANSIDE 5 BDRM:HOTTUB/WIFI/THEATERRM/BCHBDGES/CLOSE 2 BCH

My friends and I rented this 34th Street property from August 21st-28th, 2010. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. Prior to our vacation we never went to view this property as I felt the pictures online and the description by owner Lin did it justice. We were extremely pleased when we arrived. The exterior of the home is well kept. There is a front porch with 2 comfortable sofa's. The home is located on the main Blvd. and 34th street beach side. The walk to the beach is approx. 6 houses. The beach was beautiful and there was gorgeous rocks at low tide. My children are 4 and there was plenty of lifeguards in the beach area. My friends and I loved the spacious living area connected to dining and kitchen. We spent countless hours enjoying each others company in these 3 rooms. The children LOVED the media room and also the private den in which they were able to play their Wii games. All of the rooms are spacious and the closets were walk in type. The laundry room was located on the second level. The Master Suite was huge and had a grand bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and separate standup/seated shower. My husband and I were located in a private room on the third level and had our own bathroom wihich was a plus. Next to this room was the rooftop deck which had a safety lock that would be very hard for a 4 year old to lift. The view from the rooftop was the beautiful bay. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from this location. The backyard is enclosed and has an outside shower which was nice for the little ones to shower all the sand from the beach. There is a very clean hot tub in the yard that is covered when not in use. It was serviced and cleaned twice during our week. From this home we were able to walk to a crabbing area on the bay, a drive in type place that served iced cream for the little ones, mini golf, sun and surf shops, a rental bicycle shop, and other food type places. There is an Acme supermarket that we also drove to about 5 min away. The ride to Fantasy Island rides, and the waterpark was very short. The owner Lin was very easy to talk to and met all of our needs. This home is wonderful. I will definitely rent this property again.

We have rented down LBI since I was a little girl. this house was the best home we ever stayed at. It is close to the beach, stores, playgrounds and it is not too far from the island bridge either.

We rented the house without going to see it personally, but had talked to Lin the owner who assured us it looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Lin was telling the truth!! The house looks exactly the same as it does in the pictures. It is beautiful and extremely clean! Lin was so easy to work with and super responsive to all our needs, questions etc. The house had everything we needed and more!!

The house is amazing, the locations is great, close to the beach and close to so much for kids of all ages, really the perfect vacation home. We already reserved the house or next year and plan to keep staying here every year! Thanks so much Lin!! We will be back, we had the best time and it really is the best home ever!!!

I would highly recommend this well maintained very clean property. There was a family of 10 of us including 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 6 yrs to 13 mos old. As my parents enjoyed their separate wing of the house the rest of us loved the cinema room as well as the roof top deck with gorgeous views of the bay and the ocean. Having young children with us it was definitely a plus to have a fenced in yard, large kitchen/family room area and the beach only 1 block away. The layout of the home was also perfect with many hiding places as well as many areas for all of us to enjoy each other. Lots and lots of stairs.

Although it was off season we did find things to do on the island including miniture golfing, shopping, bike rentals, dining and going to the lighthouse on the northern shore. Since this was an excellent location we also got to enjoy day trips to Atlantic City, Philadelpia and New York City. Just remember to bring your laptop as there is wireless access.

The only complaint I have is that the bugs were terrible in the evening hours.
