WALK TO LAKE,BEACH&POOL FROM THIS LUXURIOUS A/C TOWNHOUSE/'NO PETS'

This is truly a great house in a community with lovely people and great facilities. I've broken down the pros and cons of the home and community below:

Pros
- The pool was amazing, we felt like we were in a water park all day
- Tennis courts also amazing. They are maintained everyday and we didn't have problems securing a court.
- The house overall was very cozy and had everything we needed
- The house is a corner unit so it felt very private
- The backyard porch was used everyday for lunch (including a new grill)
- Quiet community - no partying or loud noise so it helped us get a lot of rest when we were ready for bed. Peaceful and quiet.
- Garbage was picked up twice a week so no need to drive it anywhere
- Very spacious floor plan allowing the four of us to always have plenty of room even when in the same room
- Customer service provided by the owner was really good. Hand written notes and checks every time a payment was made and follow up phone calls. I knew was renting from someone and not just the internet.
- The property was clean
- A couple of close restaurants but we only took advantage of a really really good coffee shop about 3 mins drive

Cons
- Community isn't gated but staff are seen everyday maintaing the place
- House had notes everywhere with instructions on how and when to use things
- Fitness center is only available to long term renters/unit owners
- Lake wasn't amazing. The pool made up for it
- Owner has her personal things inside the house so things are labeled "owners" and "renters" throughout
- I think a dog stays at the property and my allergies kicked in right away (a Benedryl solved this)

I would recommend this to a friend who is looking for a quiet summer getaway in the Poconos.
