I rented this townhouse for 23 days and found it to be even better than depicted on the website. You never feel like you are in a "rental" - you feel like you are in someone's home and that someone has done a wonderful job at making it pleasant and comfortable living. The property is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything anyone could ever want or expect; you could cook a gourmet meal for 20 in that kitchen and find every utensil, etc., that you need. The townhouse has a large deck with a barbecue which was great for summer cookouts.
The pool area is large and extremely attractive with a very friendly and helpful staff. There is also a nice outdoor cafe for lunch and snacks. I found it to be nicer than my relative's complex across the way - that didn't go over big with them, but I preferred going to my pool area rather than theirs. The Lake and lakefront area were also extremely inviting.
It was very easy to take exercise walks around the complex because the car traffic is minimal, plus they were just finishing an indoor gym area which may now be available. The owners are delightful and provided excellent customer service.
I don't think you will find a better deal than this one in the area.
