You will truly think you are in paradise with this 2006 remodeled condominium resort on Maui. The remodel of this 2nd floor condo was complete and includes a new central air conditioning system, all new ceramic title flooring, a new kitchen, including all new upgraded appliances and solid maple cabinetry, new granite countertops and splashes, upgraded, recessed lighting throughout, two new bathrooms with ceramic tile, glass, granite counters and new fixtures. Also, includes brand new upgraded washer and dryer. Living room sofa opens to queen size bed. From the spacious, newly tiled, private lanai, enjoy a view of the ocean and tropical gardens. Watch the whales breach and catamarans as they sail along the South Maui Coast. The entire Condo deserves the label, 'First Class' open and airy giving one that island feel.

The home has central air throughout the home...which is a must if you are to stay in Hawaii. The home is a non-smoking home.

Grounds: On the lusciously landscaped grounds are tropical gardens, complete with ponds, fountains and waterfalls. Common area amenities include four tennis courts, a large swimming pool, sun deck, two jetted spas, work out room next to pool and areas to barbecue. Golf: There are many first class golf courses located right next door in the city of Wailea as well as many courses in the city of Kihei. Make sure you mention you are staying at my home and you will get the resort rate for all your golf.

We stayed in the condo for 12 nights - and loved the place. We had friends and family staying in other units in the complex and were able to see their accomodations - and this unit certainly takes the cake! It felt more like we were staying in a nice hotel rather than 'renting someone's condo' - and the location in Kehei was great. Beaches and restaurants are all walkable. The pool area in the complex is great, too. We'd stay here again for sure!

Lovely updated condo with full kitchen supplies which is a treat as not all condos we have stayed in at Kamaeole are so well supplied. Very good service. Ocean views are limited as palms have grown up but nice quiet balcony. Recommend.
Owner's Response: I explained to guest that trees are trimmed four times a year. The pictures of the view are correct.

This was our first condo experience and it will not be the last. This condo was exceptional, well maintained and furnished. What we liked was the ability to have a true home away from home experience . The property itself was very clean and maintained.
We also enjoyed the use of beach toys and a cooler for picnic lunches.

The property is across the street from the beach which has the best sunsets we have been told. We did stay for some of the sunsets and they were quite spectacular.
The owner was very good to work with. He provided us with directions from the airport which were very handy and the directions provided were very easy to follow.
The property is within walking distance to some very nice restaurants, and if an evening in is to your liking there is a grocery store down the road also( you will need to drive). If you get a chance try the Cafe O'Lei for your dining experience. Food prices are reasonable and food was very good, make sure you make reservations as they are very busy.

We would most defiantly recommend this property to friends and when we get a chance to go to Maui again we will defiantly stay in this unit again.

A wonderful getaway

This was a wonderful surprise. It has been a long time since I have stayed in a condo, but my expectations were far exceeded.

We stayed for 5 days in October. I wish we had chosen to stay longer. The condo was wonderful. Everything we needed to feel at home but with a simple luxury. We had friends and family staying in some of the neigboring condos, and this one is definitely one of if not the best furnished and decorated that we saw.

The location is great; close to the beach, a nice walk to stores, and the pool and resort facilities were without complaint.

A wonderful stay.
