Spacious great room w/37' cable TV, cathedral ceiling, fireplace & deck with stunning views of the Bigelow Mountains. Well appointed kitchen with beautiful view of Crocker Mt. Separate family room w/TV in lower level. Ski in/ski out to West Mt. trail & lift service or use door to door shuttle service available every 20 mins.; ski storage in upper or lower mudrooms. Washer/dryer. Off road private parking. Perfect home for two families to share. A kid friendly home with fabulous sliding just outside the door on the West. Mt. trail! During the winter enjoy the best skiing in the East; in the summer enjoy the #1 rated Sugarloaf Golf Club!

Sugarloaf Mountain is located near the Bigelow Mountains, Crocker Mountains, and the Carrabassett River. Just north of the mountain is Flagstaff Lake, & approx. 30 miles N/W lies Canada. A boater & fisherman's paradise! The Appalachian Trail crosses Rt. 27 north of Sugarloaf, and there are wonderful hiking & biking trails everywhere. The Sugarloaf Golf Course is less than 2 minutes from the house. Winter brings terrain to explore on snowshoe, a fabulous Nordic trail system with huts, & downhill ski. Ice skating is available at the Outdoor Center. West Mt. is 45 minutes N/W of Farmington, 20 minutes N/W of Kingfield, and 45 minutes from Saddleback Mountain (Rangeley) and the Rangeley Lakes. This is truly an outdoor lover's paradise!

Full refund if canceled prior to 45 days minus a 4% Cancellation Fee, otherwise money is refunded based on the # of nights rebooked.

Great Kid Friendly House!: Bring the kids and let them use the family room in the lower level while the adults relax in the Great Room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling! For fun, the lower level has adult and children's games, children's books, some toys, many children videos, as well as its own TV and DVD player. (no DVDs - sorry!) The kids will enjoy direct trail access for sledding from the lower level mudroom. There are 'saucers' and tubes for sledding.

Terrific Home for Multiple Families!: Because of the layout of the home and bed placement, this house is the perfect place for multiple families. Perfect for a family with small children, the lower level has a queen bed, a twin bunk set, and a separate twin. There is a refrigerator/freezer, table & chairs, couch, loveseat, recliner & TV/VCR/DVD. The 3rd floor, with enough room for another family, is appointed with the master bedroom (king) and another bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks. The middle floor - or main floor - provides the general living space with an additional bedroom of full/twin bunk set. The full bathrooms are located on the 3rd and middle floors.
