Coconut House: Coconut House is a charming Bahamian villa originally built in 1998. It offers 1800 square feet of living and is a very well-equipped, comfortable vacation spot. The main living area is expansive and enjoyable! It features double height cathedral ceilings with 3 sets of eight foot tall wooden french doors leading out to the wraparaound porch which is beautifully sited to enjoy any part of the day or evening. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large closet, and full bath with shower; the second bedroom is quietly set off the back of the house and offers a full size bed and large closet. It is adjacent to the second full tile bath with shower. The third bedroom doubles as a den/sitting room and offers a full size sleep sofa as well as a monitor and large collection of tapes and dvds. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great family meal and the large shelves in the living area hold books, games, toys, puzzles, beach towels and even masks and snorkels for careful use.
