Ideal for large families or reunions, rent these two complete units together or apart. Each unit is all on one level and accessible from grade. The upper residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with sleeping accommodations for 8. Two can sleep in each of the 3 bedrooms on either a queen size bed, a full bed, or two twin beds. A queen size sofa sleeper in the living room can sleep 2 additional people. The second floor unit has two bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom can accommodate two people. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other. A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep 2 additional people. Together both units accommodate a total of 14 persons. This spacious home is beautifully decorated and fully furnished. There are separate decks accessed from the living room and the bedrooms. A lookout tower is reached via a ladder from the upper unit. A private 237 acre game preserve with gardens is available for hiking and picnics for guests

Nestled into the side of Craggy Mountain each of the 4 levels of this home has a spectacular view of the undeveloped forested Asheville watershed. It is only 5 miles to Swannanoa with it's grocery stores, video outlet, restaurants; 15 miles to the Biltmore Estate and Asheville and 10 miles to the quaint town of Black Mountain. Warren Wilson College and its Swannanoa Gathering is 3 miles away and the LEAF festival is nearby as well. It is also a short drive to the regional and VA hospitals. A private 237 acre game preserve with gardens is available for hiking and picnics for guests. The owners reside nearby. The chalet is like new and and has a secluded spa set on a wooded deck with long range mountain views. It is both a serene and spectacular place to call home. Easily accessible from the ground at all living areas with covered parking for 4+ cars.

Each living level is accessible to the ground with only a step or two. A gentle sloped ramp off a steep driveway gives accessibility to the 2 bedroom unit. There are two steps up to the front entry porch from a level driveway from the 3 bedroom unit. Each unit is completely separate and on one floor level.

Excellent place ...must check out the hot tub..

This place has 2 stories and we rented the downstairs 2 bedroom apt. It was Very spacious and clean. We had five people, but it could easily fit 6.Well stocked with blankets and everything that you need.Perfect location, snuggled up in between the mountains.The Hot tub is located outside. You should go to the hot tub when it starts getting dark. Bob and Donna were very helpful. We will definitely be back.
