- What do you say about a bathroom? Clean and equipped with towels etc. The outdoor area was designed for the coming home from Boating, Beach, Fishing, Diving this 3.5 x 3.5 area under the home is wood framed and has tons of water and wash down capacity. In the history of the home we get emails all the time from our guests that love this extra feature. Private and has an area for changing and getting dressed. Clean the gear Wash down.

(Renter supplied with new pack-n-play sheet to be kept) All beds and linens match and exceed area standards. (We like to be comfortable) - All three rooms have private TV and DVD. Kids Camp room is perfect for children or pile in the adults also. Has a queen Size bed, A queen Air Bed, and a Pull out full sofa bed Guest room is plush and comfortable.

Internet and Boating : The home is has a Cable Modem installed in the home (Cat 6 Connection) Cable is on site in the home along with a modem. Call the Pilot house marina for information on Dry and wet storage 3/4 miles down the road
Boating ...Fishing ...Diving : This is the other reason this home was bought. The home has plenty of room for any boat on a trailor. Side and front gates make entry to the property a breeze. No trailer? Then do what we do. Directly across the street is Port largo Marina where you can leave your boat either in the water (Slips) or they will store and launch it as needed. Great Facility with all the options of a full service marina. **Done fishing? Then take advantage of the lower level 'Fish Room' There you will find a complete cleaning station, 275 Pound per day Ice machine, Deep Freezer, Wash down supplies, - Just grab your rods, Jump in the golf cart, and be in deep water in 3 Minutes. Diving? Tour and guide boats are less then 3 Miles from the property. Dive the famous state parks, Reefs etc Then come home, wash the gear down in an easy to use wash down room and wash off in the outdoor shower, This lower level was designed just for this reason - Air Tank Racks, Fresh water wash down
Aquatic Center and Huge pools : Less then one block from the home is a huge water and recreation facility. The Jacobs aquatic facility allows for the whole family to enjoy lazy days by the pool, Kids have a blast in the kids pool and water playground, and adults have all the room to just kick back and relax by any of the pools. Heated all year round and tons of fun for everyone
