Beautiful clean 1st floor condo with all amenities, sleeps 6, includes pool and boat slip for all renters. Has full new kitchen just finished in summer of 2007, all new appliances with 3 stools around counter, new carpeting in living room and dinette plus washer and dryer. Swimming pool directly in front of our condo. Watch gorgeous sunsets on Lake Charlevoix from our eating area. Newly painted garage for parking your vehicle. Pier for swimming or fishing. Walking distance to downtown Boyne City. Outdoor music and bands in downtown Boyne every Friday evening in summer and many other activities. Minutes to Charlevoix, Petosky, Harbor Springs and Bay Harbor. Seven miles to Boyne Mountain/USA and Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark. Championship golf courses within 25 minutes of condo. Perfect sports at nearby ski areas and snowmobiling trails. Young State Park only 5 miles away. New beautiful library close by and Glen's Super Market excellent for groceries across the street.

New Kitchen Added Spring of 2007: Condo also has a 25 ft. boat slip available if desired. Skiing at Boyne Mountain is only several minutes away. This condo is on the first floor with the swimming pool directly across our unit, great for young people. There is a walkout and deck facing the lake and the pool. Great Location.

The Landings complex of condominiums is a beautiful community of four quads of condos at the beginning of Lake Charlevoix on Lake Street in Boyne City. Boyne City is located in Northern Michigan close to East Jordan, and approximately 25 minutes from Charlevoix, Petosky, Bay Harbor and also Harbor Springs. It is a heavenly spot to spend your vacation. It is 7 miles to Boyne/USA for golfing and close to the ski areas and all winter sports. It is definitely a great location.

Other Activities: 25 ft. boat slip available.

Ski: Boyne Mountain is only approx. 7 miles from the Landings condo and only minutes driving time. There is much skiing there during the Ski season. Also Avalanche Park is also located there - a wonderful entertaining resort for both adults and children.

This is our third year to stay at the Landings, renting Rose's condo. It is a very nice condo and is well equipped for lodging and cooking meals. We enjoy our stay and you are on the ground level,which is just steps away from the beautiful pool and the water. The boat dock is great, especially for viewing sunsets in the evening. There is a boat slip to use if you have a boat, which is very convenient.
