This beautiful waterfront location is on the east side of Lake Leelanau where you can enjoy the sunsets and is only 9 miles from Traverse City. The resort has 11 cottages on 3.7 acres with a total of 400 feet of frontage on the lake, a sandy beach, with a protected harbor. For the children there is a playground, a basketball net, horseshoes and even a volleyball net. There is also a gazebo, fire pit and a fish house for cleaning your catch of the day. Our cottage has a picnic table, gas grill and air conditioning. There is so much to do with Suttons Bay, NorthPort, Glen Arbor and Leland right around the corner. We are close to the many wineries scattered through Leelanau Peninsula, close to the casino at Suttons Bay or just relaxing sitting around the fire pit cooking marshmallows. We are very close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, named the most beautiful place by Good Morning America.

Northwest Lower Michigan has been a recreational destination area for generations. There are many acres of State Forest, many large and small bodies of water. Lake Michigan, Grand Traverse Bay and the large inland lake (Lake Leelanau) offer outstanding natural beauty and recreational opportunities. Leelanau County has Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake Shore Park on Lake Michigan about 25 miles west of the cabin. There are several local wineries and several small villages all popular for day trips and eclectic shopping all with about a 20 minute drive. Traverse City is the regional shopping center, quaint downtown, discount strip mall, large regional mall. Leelanau Sands Casino is located a scenic 13 miles northeast of the resort in Peshawbestown. Featuring your favorite slot machines from penny to $100 denominations. Sit down and enjoy Roulette, Texas Hold'em Poker, Craps, Black Jack or a little Three Card Poker.

As an owner I personally feel this is a great getaway for anyone who wants to relax in a wonderful environment.

It is very neat and clean. Fisherman will love the Spring and Fall along with anyone who would

love to take a Fall tour. It is beautiful here. There are many festivals here and so much to do. It is a great place

for children with the park like setting behind the cottage. Please feel free to call me with any questions.

Close to TC, wineries, casinos, Great fishing, golf courses, Cell phones work here, if you don't have a fishing boat you can rent one close, at least 27 golf courses to chose from. You can let the children play from the playground to the swimming while you are sitting on the beach reading or collecting shells or Petoskey stones.
