The Rookery, Unit 1201, Lucky Enough:
The cottage sleep 8 persons if you use the sofa beds. The arrangement of the bedrooms and two full baths easily would accommodate two couples for the winter months. Share a winter retreat and save money. TV has satellite for all the channels you want. The baths have both showers and tubs. The convenient kitchen features full size stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Dishes, cooking utensils, and linens are provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. All on one level with easy access to the cottage and safe, lighted parking.

The Rookery has a very large zero entry pool just steps away from Lucky Enough. This pool has a hot tub, as well as eight fountains of water which spray into the pool. There is also a smaller, more private pool located at the front of The Rookery. There are nature trails for walking and hiking, as well as a bike path. The public beach is a short walk down Cortez Street.
