PLAYA ESMERALDA is a charming cottage studio ONLY 20 steps to the beach. This is a unique, nicely decorated with a island vibe, The Studio fits only two people, offers a queen bed, small bathroom and a kitchenette. there is not leaving room or couch. parking space for one car included. Check-in is 3 Pm and check-out is 10 Am. Location is fabulous, you can walk to any place you need.!!!!

PLAYA ESMERALDA COTTAGE has the best location in Anna Maria island/ Bradenton Beach, for such a good price you can rest and party. just 20 steps from the white sandy beach and a block away from Bridge street with shopping center, tiki bars, high end restaurants and beach restaurants, Mini golf for kids, everything is with walking distance!!.. it is definitely a place for your next vacation!!!! and if you want to go further.. just wait for the free yellow trolley to take you around! no need for a car!

this property has a parking spot and a nice deck where they will be able to rest.

PLAYA ESMERALDA has the BEST location in Bradenton beach; there is not need for a car since everything you need is within walking distance! come and enjoy your vacation!!

For the price it was average. The bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. Very tiny shower, the sink has no counter where to place not even a toothbrush, and the bathroom in general is very run down. vanity is falling apart. The shower had a mat on the foor and when I moved it away from the drain so the water would drain, it was clogged with hair. I guess the cleaning lady did not move the mat to clean the shower floor. The shower head is very bad and doesnt have any preassure. The place is OK to a 1 or 2 night stay, bur definiterly not for a week vacation. Location was great, right across the beach. Communication with the property manager was instant and very helpful.

As advertised, fantastic location, clean, comfortable, good bargain. The water pressure in the shower us pretty weak, otherwise there were no surprises, looked just like the pics online

Great location

Very comfy room. Perfect for two nights. Anymore may have been an issue. Some slight repairs are in order but it’s obviously a very old building. Overall it was great.

Quick Trip in a Beautifull Area

I had a quick one night stay here and it was prefect! The location alone is enough for me to viist again. It is literally right across the street from beach access. Walking distance from a downtown area with shops and restaurants. The place is small but great for a quick trip. Bed, kitchenet, a Sofo off the bed tv and a full bathroom- all you really need.
