Whether reading in an Adirondack chair under a canopy of pines, fishing, swimming, and boating on the lake, hiking in the White Mountains, golfing or skiing at Sunday River Resort ...you'll find our home offers an ideal four season location for a vacation with friends or a reunion with family.

The home is situated just about 250' from Kezar Lake with waterfront and mountain views, through a buffer of shrubs, blueberry bushes, and trees.

Kezar Lake House is located on the desirable eastern shore of Kezar Lake's upper bay. Spectacular sunsets and views of the Presidential Range of the White Mts. Just half an hour from skiing at Sunday River or Shawnee Peak, or shopping in tax-free North Conway, NH, or the boutiques and shops of Bridgton or Bethel.

The shared dirt path that runs across the backyard leads--in one direction--to a shared boat dock, small sandy gradual entrance swimming area perfect for kids. Field with swing/play set. Use the canoe and two kayaks we provide to explore the lake. Recreation hall (old fashioned two lane bowling alley, pool table, ping pong table). The Westways association also has a clay tennis court and softball field, with plenty of paths for walking and exploring.
