This condo has everything you'll need to make it a home away from home, including a cable TV and DVD in every room, WiFi, linens, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, iron and ironing board, a blow dryer in each bathroom, and boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and a rolling ice chest to maximize your beach fun. The beach ramp is just across the street, providing access to the driving beach to the North and the non-driving beach to the South.     $300.00 security deposit for monthly rentals and special events.
    To reserve this condo, a security deposit is required. For reservations made at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the security deposit and all other funds due (i.e., rent, cleaning fee, and 12.5% tax) need to be payed 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the security deposit and funds due need to be payed right away. If a secured reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, the security deposit will be applied toward a future stay. If at least 30 days notice of cancellation is given, the security deposit will be refunded.
