    $300.00 security deposit for monthly rentals and special events.
    To reserve this condo, a security deposit is required. For reservations made at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the security deposit and all other funds due (i.e., rent, cleaning fee, and 12.5% tax) need to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the security deposit and funds due need to be paid right away. If a secured reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, the security deposit will be applied toward a future stay. If at least 30 days notice of cancellation is given, the security deposit will be refunded.

We stayed in this condo for one week and found it had everything that was needed for an enjoyable visit in the Daytona area, The views from the condo are fantastic, with the sea on one side and the Indian river on the other as shown on the owners photographs.
We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives.
We managed to go for a boat trip on the Indian river from just down the road and saw quite a few dolphins and other wildlife and on the Friday had a tour round Daytona Speedway, where 2 of us had a 3 lap ride along in a Nascar racing car, what an experience!

Beautiful Vacation Retreat

Visited this condo last fall, October 2009 for one week and enjoyed the quiet area of Daytona Beach Shores. Condo was wonderfully equipped, clean and modern and the building was clean, quiet and the neighbors friendly. The biggest positive was that the beach here is right where it starts to be non-driving, so you can choose to enter the driving beach right near the condo, or stop to spend the day on the quiet non-driving side. Loved this condo! We are a family of four with elementary age children.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
