Grandma & Grandpa, Kids & Grandkids & Fido all under one roof without crowding! Three spacious, master suites each with king size beds, elegant baths and large, walk-in closets allow for private luxury. The ground floor master also has a private entrance from the large covered front porch. One of the upper masters includes both a king bed, as well as a day bed with trundle. Delight in the bright and cheerful morning room inviting the view of the Gulf to come inside. The upper room features a day bed with trundle bed and chest of drawers for lounging or additional sleeping. Also provided are custom bunk beds just outside one of the upper masters that kids just love. They each have their own knook for storage at the foot and individual lights.
French doors off the great room open into your own private pool and covered patio featuring a summer kitchen/wet bar, a built-in jenn-aire range, and Weber natural gas grill for outdoor picnics. A large, enclosed, hot and cold outdoor shower for your convenience along with an outdoor half bath makes it a perfect place to gather for cookouts with a nice fenced in area for Fido too! Wide porches upstairs and down provide the perfect locations for enjoying the wonderful Gulf view.
Easy bike path and beach access through the backyard, or down a quiet residential lane. The beach is private and never crowded even during peak times. Camp Creek Lake Subdivision is a small exclusive gated single access neighborhood on the South side of Co Hwy 30A just East of Watersound beach. You will feel very safe and secure. There are no beach front houses for over 2 miles to the West of the neighborhood...one of the longest stretches on 30A. Annabelle Lee will live up to all your dreams and expectations!
Two driveways allow parking for five cars, plus a boat. Saturday-to-Saturday rental only during summer.
Originally from the North, I now enjoy being a 30A local. I manage the property personally, so guest satisfaction is the highest priority!

The Annabelle Lee is located in a small exclusive neighborhood bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the South, Camp Creek Lake to the West, and County Hwy 30-A to the North. The neighborhood has only one entrance and has very light traffic. It also has a private beach which has very few people. On crowded summer weekends a long 30-A, the Camp Creek Lake subdivision beach is less crowded than other locations. To the West of the neighborhood are several miles of beach without any beachfront development which allows for long walks without anything to see but dunes and the water. The Watersound development on the West side of Camp Creek Lake is setback with no beachfront houses. Deer Lake State Park is just West of Watersound which provides another mile of undeveloped beachfront prior to the Eastern Lake and Seagrove/Seaside area. The neighborhood was developed in the early 1980's and was one of the few developments at the time on the Eastern end of 30-A because of its physical assets and desirability.
In addition to being a very private location, the recreational opportunities to harmonize with nature abound. The fishing on the beach is excellent. From big Redfish in the winter, to Pompano, Cobia, and Redfish in the spring, Spanish Mackeral in the summer, and everything plus Flounder in the fall, it truly is a fisherman's haven. Kayak or paddle board in both the Lake and Gulf for additional recreation opportunities. There are many types of seabirds, and other beach creatures like crabs and dolphins that populate the area. It is a very peaceful and restorative place to spend time.
The house was absolutely fabulous! The kitchen was big and spacious and we spent several morning sitting at the bar while someone cooked breakfast. The 3 master bedrooms with king beds were wonderful with lots of privacy. The pool was very relaxing. We loved sitting outside on the patio while using the grill and outside kitchen. Our early morning risers found the front porch relaxing while watching the sunrise. We watched fireworks from the upstairs balcony. I can’t say enough about this property. LOVED IT!!!
My family was looking for a last min. vacation and this gentleman was so easy to deal with. The house is extremely clean and sooo beautiful. I think when a house is loved by it's owner it makes a huge difference in the feel of the whole vacation. My family give Annabelle Lee a 5!!!! This is now our home away from home year after year!!! Annabelle Lee is located on the Eastern end of Co Hwy 30A in Walton County Florida. It is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Although there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and beach activities on 30A, it is only a short drive to Destin or Panama City Beach. There are three State Parks to enjoy as well.
