Description of the Casa Grande vacation house rental
This New Home with New Furniture is located at the Mission Royal Active Adult Community in Casa Grande. Large master bedroom suite with king bed, TV, walk-in closet, 2 sink vanity. Second bedroom has queen bed. Living room has big screen with cable TV, DVD player and dining room table.
We include Direct TV, high speed internet and phone.
Back patio includes table with 4 padded chairs, 2 lounge chairs, gas BBQ grill. Washer - dryer, vacuum, comes with all linens including beach towels for the pool. Fully equipped kitchen includes: Caphlon cookware, bake ware, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc., coffee pot, KitchenAid mixer and much more. This community has a golf course, tennis courts, heated pool, library, card rooms, billiard room with 9 tables, beautifully equipped gym and much much more. Again, this is an adult community and one person staying in this unit needs to be 55 years old. No Smoking or Pets, Please call or email me with any questions you might have

Casa Grande is located between Phoenix and Tucson on I-10. You are 45 minutes from either city. There is great shopping, casinos, restaurants and flea markets around the area. Phoenix International Raceway is an hour from Casa Grande. You are only 1 1/2 hours from Nogales Mexico. Don't forget to bring your passports since it will be required as of Jan 1, 2007.

- There is a $200 deposit required at the time of reservation which will be applied to the rental rate. If at any time the reservations are canceled, the $200 deposit is non-refundable. I accept checks, money orders. The deposit can also be paid through PayPal. There is also a $200 refundable security deposit which is payable at the time of move-in. Bi-weekly rentals also require a $100 cleaning deposit.

There is an lovely exercise facility here at the community, however they require a one hour orientation at the cost of $25 prior to using it. Please let me know if you would like access to the exercise room and I can schedule the appointment for you
