Southern Comfort says it all, this newly updated and decorated beach cottage has everything you're looking for; private pool, separate hot tub in a screen in patio, fully equipped kitchen, off street parking and located on a quite street 1,800 feet from the beautiful sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This professionally decorated beach house has 3 bedrooms, a trundle double bed in the bonus room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully fenced pet friendly yard has a 13ft by 26ft in ground pool with large sun deck. This very cheery house has a large fully equipped open kitchen, large dining area with seating for 8, plus separate breakfast bar for three. Enjoy a beautiful day at the beach and come back to all of the comforts of home including a refreshing dip in your own private pool. And, in the evening after a wonderful family dinner, sip wine in your invigorating hot tub while contemplating telling the boss why you need extend your vacation.

Dear Rick and Debbie,

Thank you so much for our vacation again. This is our third year and we have had a great trip every time. The house was clean. We loved having the fenced in yard for our dogs. We loved having the in-ground pool with the extra bonus of a hot tub. The hot tub was nice because we used it every morning early and at the end of each day. We liked having the golf cart. It was nice being able to use that on the side streets for getting items to the beach, going to restaurants or just shopping. We could not have asked for better weather. Sorry we did not get to do dinner with you guys this year, but next time we will. Thanks again for setting up the photo session with the dogs. We really enjoyed this trip and house. Can not wait to come again.

Great place to stay! We felt right at home the minute we arrived. Walking distance to the beach, privacy, what more can you ask for. The owners are very nice and understanding people, its not very often you come across such great people. We are definately planning another vacation there.

Home was wonderful! Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. The backyard and pool were great & very short walk to the beach. We will be staying here again!

Southern Comfort was just that! Very nice home close to the beach in a very elegant neighborhood. This was our second stay with the Scali's and they have yet to let us down. The pool and hot tub were great!
