Our family has lived in Little Compton since the town was settled and we've owned our property for over one hundred years. We have a deep love of family and of Little Compton. The land surrounding our two houses is undevloped. It is also now protected from development thanks to the town and our family! We hope you'll fall in love with Little Compton too.
This property is close to both the town center and the beaches. It is well managed and maintained. Our family is typically in the other house located on the property if any questions should arise during your stay. The house is set back from the road on a large yard. It's a clean and comfortable house and can accommodate a good sized group. Our enormous yard (2 acres) is surrounded by protected agricultural land. You are welcome to bring your dog with our prior approval. Please be aware that we charge a flat fee of $100 if you bring a dog to cover extra wear and tear on the house.
Rating: ***** Review by Pat from New York, NY
We (my wife and I, two other couples and three little boys) stayed here for a weekend when we were in town for a wedding. It was an absolutely adorable home that was just as advertised - maybe better. The place had a wonderful country home feel and the big yard with views of a vinyard and horses was just delightful. The location (close to town) was great for coffee and snack runs. The owners were wonderfully responsive and helpful all around. Two thumbs up!
