Enjoy the amenities of La Buena Vista in Chandler, Arizona this quiet serene area is just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes from Chandler Mall & Arizona Mills Mall, there are many casinos close by, close to 101, 60 & 202 freeway. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacy, hospital and gas stations. This newly painted & decorated 2 bdrm, 2 bath single story patio home is relaxing and very quiet. Carpeting throughout except in kitchen and bathrooms, twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size bed in the master bedroom. This will be very comfortable for 4 adults, it has a good size great room with sofa & love seat, a large screened TV & dining table. The patio has a table & 4 chairs and even a gas BBQ. This home is fully furnished with linens, cookware, utensils, washer & dryer just to name a few. All you need to bring with you is your clothes and your golf clubs and your set for a great vacation!!

Chandler AZ is a beautiful place to spend the winter and fall, the weather is sooo...perfect. There is so much to do in Scottsdale with all the Arts and so many stores to shop. Golf is very popular, sports are in abundance here so many to pick from, Hockey, Football, Basketball, Baseball and of course walking the natural parks is great exercise. The Grand Canyon is an excellent place to visit as well as Flagstaff in the Mountains, Sedona with their Red Rocks and running streams, The Indian Ruins and so much more!!!

Additional information about rental rates

  • $100 non-refundable cleaning fee
  • Special Details: $500 Security deposit due at time of check in. The deposit will be refunded by mail 14 business days after tenant vacates, depending on condition of unit when inspected. If damaged then no refund of deposit, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to cover the cost of cleaning.
    Note: Vacation visitor responsible for electricity charges over $100 per monthly rentals, telephone is at your own expense.
    All rates are based on double occupancy, additional charges apply for additional persons.
    Rent money: first months rent is collected as a deposit for reserving a vacation home. In case of a cancellation tenant is responsible for the term of the lease unless reserved home is re-booked. Rent money will not be refunded unless a written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental contract.
  • Peak rate is $1,500 per month for double occupancy. Reduced rate for the off peak season. Enjoy the swimming pool. and jacuzzi. Plenty of golf nearby.

Alll you need is your clothes and food: This is a fully furnished, private patio home that has everything you need for your stay in the Valley of the Sun. Located approximately 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, conveniently located a mile off the 101 and 3 miles south of the Superstition Highway. Property is located in northwest Chandler and close to Mesa and Tempe .

Golf: Closest course to the property is Dobson Ranch, a tree lined, city owned course that has reasonable rates. There are many golf courses in the area such as Ken McDonald, Kokapelli, Ocatillo, Wild Horse Pass, Auwatukee Lakes and Country Club. The property is also located a mile from a major freeway that allows you to easily get to many golf courses in the East Valley and Phoenix area. As a golfer, I can also assist with recommendations on courses from the high end (Troon North) to more inexpensive courses.
