Chandler AZ is a beautiful place to year round. The weather is so perfect. There is so much to do in Scottsdale with all the Arts and so many stores to shop. Public golf courses are numerous in the area, sports are in abundance here so many to pick from Baseball, Football, Basketball and Hockey and of course walking the natural parks is great exercise. The Grand Canyon is an excellent place to visit as well as Flagstaff in the Mountains, Sedona with their Red Rocks and running streams, the Indian Ruins and so much more!!!
Other Activities: We have numerous golf courses to play, car auctions in January, PGA golf tournament in Feb, horse shows, and much more. Las Vegas is only 5 hours away by car or a 45 minute flight. San Diego is only 6 hours away with many things to do there. Come to the Valley of the Sun and enjoy our weather.
Golf: Closest course to the property is Dobson Ranch, a tree lined, city owned course that has reasonable rates. There are many golf courses in the area such as Ken McDonald, Kokapelli, Ocatillo, Wild Horse Pass, Auwatukee Lakes and Country Club. The property is also located a mile from a major freeway that allows you to easily get to many golf courses in the East Valley and Phoenix area. As a golfer, I can also assist with recommendations on courses from the high end (Troon North) to more inexpensive courses.
