This 4000+ luxury estate sits on ¾ acre private, elevated position overlooking the expansive double fairways of the 4th and 7th holes of the PGA West Tom Weiskopf Private Course. There are expansive views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the home gets sun all day. This estate has all the amenities of a 5* resort. There is a huge 55ft x 35ft salt system pool and a twelve person therapeutic spa. Enjoy the outside full bar area . There is also a large fitted BBQ grill and dining area all shaded under a Spanish style awning. There are no less than 30 palm trees including 4 giant 30 foot Date Palms that frame the pool area. Lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit trees are in abundance. At night the gardens take on a new appearance with all of the trees and walkways being illuminated with subtle spot lights.
