The entrance is at ground floor level with parking directly outside. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, and south facing balcony with excellent views of the surrounding area. The communal gardens and swimming pool are maintained to a high standard by the community. The main bedroom has French windows and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower, twin sinks, WC. Each bedroom has a kingsize bed (which may be separated into two singles if required) and plenty of cupboard space. The lounge has a sofabed so it's possible to sleep up to 6 people. A cot is available on request.There is a second bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The lounge has a dining table, armchairs, sofabed, TV, DVD and satellite. French windows lead to the balcony with table, chairs, sunloungers and barbecue.

Located just 5 minutes drive from the friendly town of San Pedro, off the road to Ronda, with easy access to Malaga and Gibraltar airports via the E15 toll motorway. The apartment is in a well maintained complex on a hillside and is a great base for exploring the Costa Del Sol with Marbella and Puerto Banus approx 10 minutes drive away and Ronda and the mountains within easy driving distance. It is ideally situated for golf, with the nearest golf courses only 2 to 3 km away. There are several beaches close by to choose from plus excellent shopping facilities and plenty of nightlife in Puerto Banus,Marbella and surrounding areas.

La Quinta is one of the best golf courses in the Costa del Sol and boasts three 9 hole courses integrated into the natural surroundings overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains that encircle Marbella. I have been to this apartment on several occasions and enjoy it more each time I go. The apartment is situated in a perfect location if you want a quiet place to stay, although it is only a short drive away from San Pedro and Marbella or the night life of Puerto Banus.

The apartment itself is very spacious and provides all amenities, although has no air conditioning so can get hot at night during the summer months.

The attractive communal gardens and pool are always very well maintained.

You will be guaranteed an excellent holiday staying at this apartment.

My wife, our 8 yr old daughter Alice and I have just spent the most relaxing week imaginable at the apartment. It's spacious, lovely and quiet, clean, Sky TV was a bonus! The pool was fab and we enjoyed exclusive use most of the week - really quiet and laid back. Perfect base for the numerous golf courses in the area too. Owners are very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Also, Marjorie next door deserves a special mention for being so friendly, welcoming and helpful. 10/10 all round. Highly recommended.

"The apartment is situated in a well maintained complex with beautifully kept gardens and a very nice pool area. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and very well equipped with a lovely view from the balcony. Excellent golf courses nearby and all amenities just a short drive away in San Pedro. There is a bar, restaurant and supermarket within a 10-15 minute hilly walk along the road if you are feeling active! We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you."

I really enjoyed my week's break, nice and quiet and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was clean (thanks to Marj - next door neighbour who looks after the place who was very friendly and answered a few queries when I arrived) and had a lovely secluded balcony for sunbathing/reading/sleeping!
I only used one room but there are two nice big double bedrooms with plenty of storage space.
No heating but I had a nice fire going in the fireplace as the evening's were a bit cold when I was there!
A car is a must but there is plenty to do/shops closeby.
I would definately book again and would recommend to others....in fact will probably be looking to book again soon :)

We stayed in this apartment for a week in January 2009 - the information and directions we were given prior to our stay were great and covered everything, and once we arrived we were pleased to see the apartment was just as nice as it looked in the advert! Beautiful views from terrace, lovely fireplace and nicely furnished.

While you definitely need a car to stay here, as long as you have one then you should find the apartment well located for San Pedro and the toll road for other towns.
