Occupying Marbella's finest central beach front location, the Skol complex are all individually privately owned self catering holiday apartments and it enjoys a prime position on the resorts sea front, separated from the long sandy beach by a marble pedestrian promenade fringed with palm trees. The complex is opposite a beautiful park and is just a short walk from the winding, cobbled streets of the old town. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all situated in the immediate vicinity. We can offer a range of reasonably priced, cheerful holiday accommodation apartments in a superb location. From studios, to 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from £160-£795p.w., depending on the size of the apartment and the season. Underground parking spaces available at a small extra charge. We can also now offer exclusive Luxury Spa Breaks to our clients, in conjunction with the newly opened luxurious O2 Wellness Centre, located just a few minutes walk from the Skol Apartments.

  • The prices quoted above are for guidance only. The owners of each individual apartment set their own pricing. Some owners charge more than other owners. Please check the price for each apartment when calling our office (+44 113 268 3260) to check availability.

    Please note that due to the superior south and west corner beach front location of 134C (a 1 bedroom apartment), there is a £35 per week supplement for this apartment.
    In the winter months there is a £20 per week supplement for the west facing 1 bedroom apartments.
    For any non-airconditioned apartments, there is a £35.00 per week reduction in the summer months
    There is a nominal £35 p.w. charge for an extra foldaway bed or cot for any additional person(s).
    A weekly linen and towel change, electricity and heating are included in the rates.
    Underground parking is available at £7.00 per car per night or £45.00 per week in a dedicated space.
    We have special rates for long winter lets - please contact us for a quote.
  • A deposit of £50.00 Sterling per person will secure your apartment, with the balance payable 9 weeks before you go.
    We accept Switch and Debit cards
    We also accept Visa / Master card for which there is a 1.7% service charge.
  • West facing 1 bedroom apartments have a £20 p.w. supplement during the winter months (November 1 - March 31)

This was our fourth stay at the Skol. Brilliant location, virtually on the beach within a stone's throw of restaurants and a short walk to the shops and the Old Town. Super pools, clean apartment, comfortable and well-equipped with fabulous views. When we had a problem it was attended to immediately (on a Sunday morning!) While not luxury class, the standard is high and excellent value and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Owner's Response: Lorraine is a regular, as are most of our clients. Many of are clients are regulars, who have stayed with us several times before.

We try to offer a very personal service, to ensure that all our clients have an enjoyable stay with us and welcome feedback.

Nice place to stay.

We have stayed for 3 weeks in July with my wife and our 3,5 years old son.
Excellent location, exactly on the sea-side promenade, beautiful municipal park with nice play-ground just near the apartment, big supermarket just in a few steps away, taxi stop just in the opposite of the main entrance. The apartment was a bit shabby, but very comfortable and cosy. A nice, spacious terrace with garden+sea view was a pleasant place to have breakfast of supper.

We want to say THANK YOUR VERY MUCH INDEED to the owners for their kind help, nice service and assistance!

It was our first opportunity to stay in the apartment and we really enjoyed it!

The best price+quality combination.

P.S. Ask for 318 C - it's bigger, than other one-leveled one-bedroom apartments.

The apartment description proved to be accurate with a comfortable and clean place for us to stay. It had a perfect location for our needs.

It was Just a few minutes walk to the beach, with a vast choice of restaurants & bars along the sea front as well as great shops and more restaurants in the Old Town.

Marbella has a great offering for all ages.
Owner's Response: It is always good to get feedback, which is appreciated. We were also able to assist Claire with a local hotel for an additional night and airport transfers, to ensure that their trip went smoothly fom start to finish. It was a real pleasure to be able to assist.
