An adventure to remember

My girlfriend and I spent a very nice week at this cozy little hideaway. To be honest, I'm hesitant about posting a review because I want to keep this our little secret. Suffice it to say, the home has location, location, location. You can walk to downtown and experience so many great restaurants, trolley tours and even a horse/carriage ride...which we highly recommend. The carriage actually passes by the house in the evening on its way back to the horse farm.
In addition, you also have parking at the home, which is very hard to come by in downtown Kennebunkport. This is certainly a great asset that not everyone thinks of before they book a place.
The apartment is small; but very efficient. Fridge, stove, oven and toaster certainly come in handy for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. We went to the farmer's market in nearby Wells on Saturday and bought lots of fresh veggies and then walked to a berry farm and had fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. We had quite a feast!
We walked to the beach twice, which is about a mile away but certainly a nice stroll given the mild Maine temperatures in July.
Our hosts took some time upon our arrival to go over the house amenities and provided us with some maps and some tips on things to do. Certainly a much appreciated start to our adventure.
This is certainly a place we'd like to come back to again someday soon!
